After a career in Fortune 100 consulting, Sean pursued his passion, Real Estate, in 2006. Founding SIALiving, an international sales, marketing, and consulting agency. As Managing Director, Sean was responsible for the planning, sale, and marketing of over $900m in 4 and 5-star resort communities in California, Colorado, Florida, Mexico, New Zealand and Costa Rica. In 2011 he successfully entitled and permitted cutting-edge energy efficient, multifamily housing projects in Scottsdale. Before joining as a Co-Founder of Launch, Sean also created and opened a Top 100 Al Fresco Restaurant in America, The Upton in Downtown Scottsdale.
Chris began his career working for a private investment real estate company in Newport Beach, CA. His responsibilities included market analysis, assetacquisition research and property management of single-family homes. Having gained confidence and experience in investment real estate, he started his own residential real estate sales practice in Phoenix. Chris then partnered with agroup of investors and begin redeveloping single-family homes in the Arcadia area, which introduced him to the design/build process. His client relationship mindset is pretty simple: He's not happy until you’re happy.
Carly has a long history of client-centered thinking in real estate. Prior to moving to Phoenix, she was the longtime manager of a high-end residential development in downtown Detroit. She honed her skills in marketing, management, event planning and client relations. Her passions guided the creation of land development project for dogs in Detroit where she led a team that converted fallow land into a social hub for a changing city
Sean got his start in real estate in 2007, interning for a commercial development company while attending Arizona State University. After graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a B.S. in Finance in 2009, he began his careerin residential real estate. Over the years, he has become a highly successful agent representing high end properties and clients from Scottsdale and Paradise Valley to Phoenix and Flagstaff. Sean prides himself on his negotiation skills and loves nothing more than getting a great deal for his clients.
